Note: These labels are not recommended for clothing, but they can adhere to care labels inside garments. Small labels are ideal.

Important Usage Tips:

Avoid applying on items treated with Teflon, silicone, or similar non-stick coatings (e.g., some mobile phone cases and fabrics).

How To Apply Stick-on Vinyl Labels

Peel the sticker off the sheet and simply stick on a clean space. Allow a minimum of 48 hours before the item is used. This ensures the the adhesive gets time to cure to your item.

What can I use them on?

These permanent vinyl labels are suitable for use on most items with a smooth surface, such as drink bottles, sandwich boxes, storage boxes, windows, mugs, pens. 

We have also been using them on the insole of shoes, the care labels in clothing and on the inside of a school bag.

You can also use the hook of any clothing (if it has it), and wrap a sticker around it so it is stuck to itself, rather than material.

What should I NOT use them on?

Avoid applying on items treated with Teflon, silicone, or similar
non-stick coatings (e.g. some mobile phone cases and fabrics).

Stick-on vinyl (adhesive vinyl) is not meant for clothing. It will just feel like a sticker stuck on you by the dentist that you will peel off or lose by the end of the day. This is due to all the lose fibres in fabrics. It will stick to the clothing label as the surface is far smoother and less fibrous.

If you specifically want clothing labels, there is the option of iron-on labels, in simple block colours. These will iron on to cotton and polyester fabric, again providing it has not anti-stick coating. Iron-less clothing is usually treated with some form of anti-stick.

Is it dishwasher / Washing machine safe?

Well kind of. They are waterproof, but not completely heat proof. dishwashers produce heat as do washing machines. Prolonged heat and high temperature will cause the adhesive to loosen off.

We have tested ours through the dishwasher through an entire school year on a water bottle. One bottle shrank as we forgot to check the label for the bottle. The label did not shrink or come off and stayed firmly attached to the shrunken bottle. Another bottle was broken by us before the label ever came off. The one that's been used for the majority of the year has been washed using the economy setting of our dishwasher. It is still firmly in place, but over time we've noticed the colour has fade slightly and not as sharp as it was originally. It is still perfectly legible and stuck to the bottle.

We have also tested on care labels through the washing machine. Cool washes 40degrees and less are better suited.

We cannot guarantee how many washes your label should withstand, however applied properly they should last plenty of washes.

The process we use to make these is not a fast process and we would rather make it right than rush it. Please be patient, especially during the summer holidays when more people will be ordering in the run up to the new term.

Delivery is free as standard, but there are options to upgrade to faster services. However, this will not reduce the despatch time or push you up the queue.
