• This personalised decal is designed and made by Lord & Lady M from our home
  
• This delicate script font has cut out features and would add a touch of class to any item needing a personal touch. We believe it looks it's best with a capitalised initial letter and the rest of the word lower case, however you can choose how you want it to look. We will send you a draft to approve before we make it.
  
  
• A single decal order contains:
• A SINGLE choice of glossy coloured vinyl for the label
• A word or name - 12 characters max (including spaces)
  
• The height is based on the tallest letter in the word to the lowest letter
  

• Sizes available to choose from the drop down menu:
• 2.5cm max height - Maximum width 11.5cm
• 3.5cm high - Max width width 16cm
• 4.5cm high - Max width width 20cm
• 5cm high - Max width width 23cm

• Please write your personalisation info in the appropriate box above and ensure spelling is correct as we cannot be held responsible for errors in the name. We will get in touch via email to clarify anything once you have paid. Please ensure you check your email regularly as we will use this to send you an email including your design to approve prior to making it. If you have not responded within 48 hours of us contacting you we may cancel your order.
  
• If you want more of the exact same decal you can adjust the quantity in your cart at checkout.
  
• If you want to order another decal with a different word, start again after adding your previous word to your basket,
• Colours may vary slightly in tint depending on vinyl supply at the time and other colours can be made available. Please ask if there's something else you have in mind.
  
• Your order will be posted to you at no extra cost via and economy service as our default. Local delivery is also available.
  
• You can opt to pay a little extra for a faster service if you are in a rush however as these are made to order it won't speed up the making time. Choices available at checkout

How To Use

These permanent vinyl labels are suitable for use on anything with a smoothish surface, such as drink bottles, sandwich boxes, storage boxes, windows, mugs. 

When applied with care and looked after the labels should last a good amount of time. In fact last year we applied a label to a bottle, and our little one managed to destroy the bottle before the label got any marks on it. 

Is it dishwasher safe? Actually yes it is. Ours have been through the dishwasher for the last school year. The only damage to the labels have been from our little one dropping it at school. On the scratched bit they have finally worked their way loose but only in small parts.

We cannot guarantee how many washes your label should withstand, however applied properly they should last plenty of washes. 

Application is fairly straight forward. Your order will include an application guide so please read through before applying.

The current despatch time for this handmade item is 1 week from ordering. However, we can often despatch it much quicker, sometimes even the same day.

COST

• We want to make delivery as simple as possible so it is included FREE of charge on all items, for UK postal addresses only
• There are plenty of additional delivery options available. Once you enter your address details at checkout, the relevant options and associated costs will be presented to you.

DESPATCH TIME

• We sometimes change our cut off times depending on how busy we are and seasonal demand
• We always aim to despatch most ready to post items the same day even when ordered last minute. There's a chance orders made after the cut off time will still be dispatched the same day. • We generally post only on weekdays, but do ask if you need us to make a special post office trip on a Saturday. 

DELIVERY TIME

Greetings Cards

For orders being sent within the UK, these will always be posted via Royal Mail 2nd class post unless you opt to pay a little extra for a speedier service. Royal Mail states that they aim to deliver 2nd class post within 2 to 3 working days. We know that sometimes it can take a little longer though and there is no guaranteed arrival date for these items. We try to assess any notifications of postal delays and factor is what we know from previous years around the same time period too. We hope our delivery times are more cautious than most companies. We do not like to promise that a 2nd class item will take 2 to 3 working day. They often arrive next day, but sometimes can take a couple of weeks. Use the free option if you are not in a rush. We guarantee to post on time but we cannot provide any guarantee a delivery company won't be affected by delays.

If you opt to pay extra for 1st class, Royal Mail's aim is to deliver the next working day but again this is not a guaranteed service.

We do not offer compensation for items arriving late unless you have contacted us to specify a date and paid for a guaranteed service. You may be able to claim compensation from Royal Mail yourselves. 

Please expect delays during busy seasonal periods. Royal Mail state we must allow 10 working days from the expected arrival dates for items to be declared missing so please bear with us. 

Gifts / Other

Please check the individual item description as to how your order will be dispatched. Small items that can be posted through a letter box will be sent via Royal Mail and therefore the terms above for cards are applicable. For larger items, they will be posted to you via an economy courier (UK 3-5 days average from dispatch) and is included at no extra cost. We may vary which service we use and arrival dates are not guaranteed.

You can opt to pay a little extra for a faster service if you are in a rush.

If you have a issue with a particular courier company in your area do let us know. Couriers are generally independent contractors so service varies per area.
